Subject to the suitability of the runner after their first analysis session: FixMyRun reserve the right to decline to provide our ‘unlimited’ coaching if we believe it will be deleterious to the health of the runner. A more suitable product will be agreed.
Subject to availability: FixMyRun are not obliged to provide our ‘unlimited’ coaching if there are not enough suitable appointment spaces for the runner. We will offer an alternative product should this be the case.

Terms & Conditions

Subject to a six month initial contract.
All money will be paid via Direct Debit through the GoCardless platform or via Standing order from your bank account and is non-refundable.
Subscriptions will be paid on the first of the month, every month and runners are expected to ensure they are available for the appropriate number of sessions that they have signed up for.
Should any sessions be missed on account of the runner; One session and no more than one session can be carried into the next month’s cycle.
Should any sessions be missed on account of FixMyRun, all missed sessions can be carried onto the next month’s cycle or an appropriate number of replacement sessions or partial refund will be organised.
Any and all terms can be waived individually or in full at the discretion of FixMyRun.
