Joe Best – New Team Member

Introducing the newest member of the team: Joe Best – our Running, Rehabilitation, Speed & Performance Specialist.

Joe has 8 years post graduate experience in running, rehabilitation, speed coaching, performance and strength & conditioning. Joe specialises in Running Technique, speed training and injury rehabilitation, pre and post op as well as running specific injuries.

He graduated from the University of Salford in 2011 with a 2:1 qualification in Sports Rehabilitation. After graduating, Joe was employed by The Running School and seconded to Crystal Palace Football Club where he introduced The Running School’s methodologies to the elite footballers.

Joe spent over three and a half seasons at Crystal Palace working as the Rehabilitation and Performance Coach, improving running technique and speed, as well as leading injury rehabilitation with the 1st team and development squads as the team were promoted to the Premier League.

Joe works with athletes from age 6 up to 40 and has been able to rehab a large variety of injuries with varied rehabilitation needs. Joe understands the affect injury can have, having been a keen rugby player from his youth, and is excited to rehabilitate athletes and children from all backgrounds as quickly and safely as possible.
